Adrian Daily Telegram, (Lenawee County, Michigan), February 16, 1933 reads in 
part: Duane C. Galloway, aged 89 years, died this morning at 1:30 o'clock in 
his home, 146 North Winter Street, after a week's illness. Death was a result 
of a stroke of paralysis which he suffered a week ago. 

Mr. Galloway was a farmer until 35 years ago when he retired and moved to 
Adrian, locating in the home on North Winter Street where he has since lived. 
He was preceded in death by a daughter and his wife. No immediate relatives 
survive. 

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Everiss 
Funeral Home, the Rev. F. H. Lewis officiating. The burial will be in Oakwood 
cemetery.
